I cannot start on how great my experience with this location has been. I have had several vehicles done here , superior pricing and speediness in getting this done. Would recommend them to everyone and I am a life long customer. Paul did great with me and could not be more happy.
They tell me it is completely dead and to come by and get work with no wait. I’ve been sitting here for an hour and my car hasn’t moved from the parking lot.
Apparently I have a slow leak in my front passenger side tire. These tires are about 1 1/2 -2 years old. Good thing I bought the extended warranty. Since I got them I've been having a slow leak, every month I have to put air in it. They told me yesterday the wheel or something like that was rusting so they cleaned it up as much as they could. Granted my car is an "03" Pontiac, a friend looked at it & asked if they rotated it to the back cuz it doesn't look like they did when they should have
Always impressed with the service I receive here. I needed new rides in preparation to evacuate for the hurricane and they had me in and out in less than a half hour! Prices were awesome, too!
Tried to get a patch on my tire today but was told the tire is ruined because I had to put a push plug into it. I understand that a push plug is a temporary fix and that's why I went there to repair it correctly. The tires were purchased 2 months ago so I'm not buying a new tire. Had good service other times but this kinda pissed me off.
I have been a customer for 16 years. I recently bought a brand new vehicle and decided to take it to the dealership. That was a complete nightmare. I left and brought it to Discount Tire and I was amazed at the service and price difference. I will never go anywhere else again. Thank you Discount Tire!
