AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! They didn’t properly tighten the lug nuts on our 2018 2500 Ram when they put new tires on it and the tire FELL COMPLETELY OFF THE TRUCK!!! Over $1000 in damages to our truck, $400 rim ruined and they’re claiming they are not liable!! Are you freaking kidding me, 1 stud completely broke off and all other lug nuts were still in the rim cap!! The tire that actually fell off had been replaced twice due to the tires being bad btw...the newest tire had been on less than a month...
waited over 4.5 hours for a new set of tires to be put on that they had in stock...people without appointments were put ahead of us multiple times...very poor customer service..they need more help if they are this busy...we are on vacation and this has waisted a whole day...not a happy customer. 3 of their team stand around visiting instead of working.....if I was their boss I would of sent the home. I would not recommend them at all!!!

This location had the best service I have seen anywhere in years. Kudos to the staff for their politeness and professionalism! As a Florida traveler on the road and a walkin "no appointment" near the end of what appeared to be a busy shop day, I expected a wait. If even not having too return the next day. Not only was I quoted on being "out of there" in an hour. They totally made it happen. Fastest 4 new tires from a shop I have seen in my life. Great teamwork! Thank You
