As a female going into a car place is scary. You never know if you will be tricked into something you don't need or treated bad. I can say this location in amazing. They listen to what you want and see whats best for you in your price range. They listen to what is going on and help fix whatever the issue is without extra sales or confusing explanations when something is wrong or a light comes on. Simple, fast and friendly! Highly recommend to everyone.
Went to discount tire for a simple mount and balance. On my ride home I noticed that my car was creaking like a 65 junker. So I took it back the next day thinking it would be resolved... boy was I wrong. I was told that it was my suspension after his extensive test of just shaking my car for 2 literal seconds and heard the squeak and stated "its your suspension and we dont do suspensions" I then explained that it started after they lowered my car. He then told me "we dont do f****** suspensions". So I decided to go and check... read more
Love the place, got many sets of tires over the years... but I will never take advantage of a rebate offer... you spend more time chasing them down to get your rebate, and find every excuse why ya didn't get it... I want my 100 dollar rebate!
I had a nail in my tire and went to Walmart to get repaired...Was told the tire was to far gone and then tried to sell me 4 new tires for over $400... I went to Discount Tire which is in the Walmart parking lot...Not only did Discount Tire repair my tire, they DIDN'T CHARGE ME even though I didn't buy the tires there. (AMAZING)... I also got a quote on 4 comparable tires at over $60 less than W-mart... I will be getting my replacement tire there in the near future... Thanks for the FANTASTIC customer service...
