Always friendly and they acknowledge you when you enter. The courteous way they check your air for free. The prices on the tires. I did have to wait past my appointment time, but the technician came and let me know what was going on and periodically updated me.
Great customer service and great pricing.
They made it evident that they don’t want to work on a dually. This isn’t my first issue with this store, but when you go in for a balance and one tire leak repair and you’re there for 2.5 hours and you get your truck given back to you with the steel inner wheel on the outside when you have polished Alcoa’s it shows their lack of care for the vehicle or customer. Very friendly and knowledgeable!
Just went to the store and it is ran by an entire group of professionals. Stopped earlier and Donny informed me it would be better to make an appointment. I did and was in and out in no time flat. I would recommend for anyone to pay them a visit.
I went in for new tires last Saturday morning. Everything seemed fine until later that afternoon when we came back to our car and found the rear tire flat from a faulty valve stem. Since we were in Orlando and didn't have a spare we called the discount tire on John Young, and Richard the manager of the Daytona Store. Jason the manager for the Joh Young store came out, and switched out our tire for a new one. Thank you for not leaving us stranded!
The salesman was completely clueless as to correct radial tire rotation. Good thing I escorted my friend there or this could have lead to a very unsafe condition. Never cross rotate radials and or reverse rolling direction.
There was a line already formed at 8am. The guys inside were personable professional and moved the line quickly! My 3 favorite quality’s of a service business. I was out the door within the hour with 4 new tires and was not in the front of the line!! They kept me posted - when my car went in, what they were doing and estimated time to leave!
