I went into this shop yesterday, tired and a little frustrated after having to call AAA at my job to change a flat on my Ford F-250. I was met with a smile. Josh introduce himself, listened to me, and assured me he would take care of the flat tire, and put it back on my truck and remount the spare back underneath. I had the pleasure of watching one of the men that work at this location bless a woman who was having a bit of a struggle trying to afford the costs to fix her tires. I have never in my life seen someone give such a blessing to a complete stranger without even giving it a second thought. I didn’t catch his name, but he knows who he is. You sir are amazing, and I hope God continues to bless your life. You are truly an angel on earth! I will continue to do my business here. You all are so great.
The best out there !!!! Had a blow out with kids , husband deployed . Salesman and manager today , around 4 pm was the best ! They went beyond helping !! Thank you all ! We appreciate you , and can't thank you enough !!!
Great guys! Always super respectful, and reassure you you’re not THAT dumb when you hit a curb...(even though I know they were thinking typical woman driver) ha. Will definitely return!
I didn’t come in to buy that day but, the guy gave me such a good and was so courteous I went ahead and bought them. Not to mention it was the best deal. Went to NTB right before going to Discount Tire and couldn’t even get acknowledged much less get a quote. Thanks, guy.
