Today I went to the Harker Heights location for a routine balance & rotation. I had purchased 2 Continental tires in 3/18 & 2 Goodyear in 4/18. I was informed rotating would be of no good & I already needed to replace the 2 Goodyear on the front. Completely dumbfounded, I expressed concern as they were purchased less than a year ago. I have been going to discount tires for 10 years, I am never had a problem with them. Anytime I have an issue I just drive back there, and they fix it. The service there is awesome the customer service is also awesome thank you guys for a great job

CW was the gentleman that helped me out and gave the best service. I didnt spend more than an hour there and he helped find the best prices around for me! Definitely will be bringing my other vehicles here from now on. Needless to say, they have a new customer for life!!
Had my tires rotated and balanced yesterday and it only took about 20minutes since I had an appointment. The employee met me in the parking lot, checked my tires and got all my information before I entered the building. It was very efficient and free! I am very happy with Discount Tires!
This was my first time with Discount Tire and I will always go here. I needed a new rim and possible tire, Jamie Ruiz who works at the Temple store held a rim for $67 for me since I told them I’m on a budget. I went to drive there on a spare tire and ended having to go to the one in Harker and they gave me the same priced rim AND saved my tire.
