Shout out to Jamal at Discount Tire in Leander. I pulled into the parking lot after they had closed (I did not know they were closed already). He came over, I told him I had a tire that kept getting low and was going to have them check it, but it could wait til Monday. He and his co-worker happily pulled my van into the bay, checked my tire, removed the screw, patched it up, and sent me on my way. And were happy to do it. :-) Thank you Jamal!
Bad experience today! Paid over $1000.00 for tires today and after an hour and a half they tell me they only have three tires instead of four. Have to come back tomorrow and get the fourth (although they have not called me back about it). So I have spent the better part of two days, which should have been a two hour chore. Will not be a customer in the future.

Was waited on promptly, discussed what I needed and my expectations, which was a screw in my tire and make sure all my tires had the same amount of air in them, he agreed. The wait time was okay, when my car was ready it was brought to the front door and when we drove off we checked tire pressure and the only tire that had proper amount of air was the tire that was fixed, so we brought it back and the guy told us that it was checked and then asked us what the pressure was? I just wanted to take the time to congratulate The Discount Tire Team at my location in Leander, TX. I have been a loyal customer of Discount Tires since I was a teen. I am now 52 .... I got my first set of tires for my 1980 Trans-Am there.... This Crew stayed focused and worked non stop to make sure each customer felt like family !!!!
