Dropped off a vehicle at 10:00am for a simple flat repair. Was told I would receive a phone call between 11-11:30 informing me weather it would be a patch or a new tire needed. Needless to say that phone call never came. Also never received the phone call stating it was completed. Around 4:15 I called the location and informed whoever answered the phone that I was dissatisfied with their customer service. He got on to me for being upset with them.
