Today I went in to have a tire and rim replaced following a blowout on the car my son drives. The tires and rims were purchased at a different location of DT 5 years ago yet I still got the tire replaced at no cost. Because the car had sat unused for a couple of years, the other tires weren’t in much better shape and rather than risk another blowout and another ruined rim, I went ahead and got all the rest replaced. Took my truck in the have some new tires installed on my truck. They skuffed one my rims to the point that the scrapped the black powder coating off. Also now the tire sensors will not worked however they were working when I took them in.

Huge shout out to Discount Tire in Leander!! I hate going to get anything on the car worked on but they were amazing! It was very busy and I had both kids. After waiting for a bit I took the kids to the restaurant next door and left our name and number. 15 mins later I look up an the Discount Tire guy was at our table with my keys and receipt and car parked up front! For a mom with 2 tiny, crazy kids this was amazing!!! Went above and beyond and I was very thankful!

Very quick and professional service! Was told 2 hours, but was out in an hour!
Thanks a million! Went in 5 mins before close on my way home with kids and groceries thinking i just needed air. Nope, found a nail but had me in and out in 15 mins! Thanks Austin, and the rest of the team at discount!
Everyone here is friendly and professional. There was a line during checking in but there was someone thanking us for waiting. I had an appt for tire rotation which would typically takes over an hour at the Cedar Park store where I normally would go but I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
Efficient, friendly, and totally customer service oriented! Juan was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that we received the best service ever. We will be back.
