Waited well over and hour to get one tire changed. Multiple people came in after us and left before us. People got their car done before us even if they came in after us because the guy was skipping people who weren’t here. Which makes no sense because if that was the case then why are we waiting almost 2 hours?? Very disappointing. This review I’ve written while still waiting. Got here around 2:20 pm it’s 3:53 pm now. So almost 2 hours now �

RecommendedWe purchased a new set of Michelin tires a few weeks ago for our car. On a recent trip we ran over a piece of concrete on the freeway and ruined our driver side front tire. We were able to purchase another tire to take us the five hours home but it was a different brand. Today we took our car by to talk about getting a tire that matches the other three. Not only did they put a matching tire on they reimbursed us for the tire we bought while on our trip. That is customer service above and beyond.

Had an issue while changing rims and tires on my Camaro. I had gotten 3 of them changed but couldn’t get the 4th one to budge ran the car to the store and they were able to get the rim off and put my other rim on for me. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and I’m guessing since I’m a regular customer there, there was no charge for this. Always great customer service and I will always go back. I have 5 cars they service for me.
The people who work here are so fast and extremely helpful. I couldn’t ask for better service for my tires than this store! Thank you for such a pleasant experience!!

We were traveling from Atlanta and got a nail in our tire causing a slow leak. Since I always get my tires from DT we made a slight detour to Fayetteville to have it repaired. Being the Thursday before Memorial Day the store was very busy and Mo told us it would take a couple of hours to get through the cue. We ate lunch and walked around Home Depot.
