Want to give a shout out to Discount Tire in Fayetteville! Had a screw in my tire yesterday and they fixed it for FREE!! Just asked that I come back when I need tires. They said flats are always fixed free! They had a super clean waiting area with a fridge and free bottled water, and a very nice staff. Next time you need a flat fixed or new tires pay them a visit!
After a flat while traveling, I came in for a replacement tire which had to be ordered. Three hours later it arrived, but they waited until then to put me in the service queue, even though I'd waited three hours already. Last time I will EVER shop at any Discount Tires. Thanks for nothing guys.
It's the little things in life that just can't be helped... At least we were lucky enough to have a flat tire with a long screw in the tire in the driveway at home. I was really there with Tiffany Graves, from Soldier ON Service Dogs, as we were trying to adopt some pups.....but I have to say, Everyone was SO nice! At one time of the day or another, the service staff came out to us, to say Hi, and see if we needed anything. I got to watching them, as a customer came in, they greeted them with a smile and a handshake!
