I woke up this morning to a flat tire, milked my Suburban to Discount Tire where they removed the screw from the tire, plugged, and patched the tire. They did this in about 15-20 minutes and at NO charge. The speed and customer service was top notch, I was very impressed and will definitely consider them for my next tire purchase. Thanks guys
I had a challenging day, car wouldn't start and took an hour to jump in the pouring rain. Arrived at work with a flat tire and soaking wet. I drove slowly to Discount Tire on my lunch break and told them I needed a tire patched. After work I went to pick up my car and there was no charge for the tire repair. I asked why, they said it's always free along with rotations as a community service. Needless to say, I'm getting my next set of tires there!

Took the Tahoe in and got a killer deal on rims and tires. Half the price RNR tire wanted to charge me plus at discount tire the team actually cared about what I wanted and knew exactly the look I was going for. If that wasn't enough I showed up a few weeks later with a flat on my genesis coupe. They fixed it up for FREE when Hyundai wanted to charge me 20 bucks to fix it. So glad they came to Fayetteville, they are better then the rest so check them out !
We ran late for our appointment but they got us in quickly. Customer service is always exceptional. Fast and friendly. We come down from Bella Vista because it stands out to other tire shops. Will continue to come here and is my first recommendation for any tire service.
A huge thank you! Today, my husband had a flat and we were in a rush to get it fixed. I was greeted in the parking lot with friendly smile and great service from the guy. He took the tire from my car to the bay. I met him inside to work on the paperwork. By the time I had finished and paid, he said my tire was done! I don't think I was there for anymore than 8 minutes from the time I pulled in the parking lot and left.
