My daughter and her friends were stuck in Arkansas today with a nail in the tire, with like $20 between the 4 of them. They went to Sams only to be told to come back at 3:30 because they were at lunch. When they came back, they said “we’re closed for the day”. So they made it to Discount Tire. Expecting to pick up the car with the donut on it (and very scared to drive on it all the way home) they found it had a brand new tire. I recently ordered 4 tires for my vehicle over 9 days ago. Today I went to my scheduled appointment and waited in the waiting room. I was told that they did not have or could not find the tires that I had ordered. This was a huge inconvenience as I desperately needed the tires, had driven in from another town, cleared my schedule for the day and was already charged $530 a week ago. Don’t come here unless you plan on waiting all day. Staff up front was very friendly and helpful, and I was given an hour wait time. An hour later the pizza showed up and employees disappeared, the bays empty. 45 mins later they’re “ready” for me. 👍🏼 *EDIT* I was called by the store later today and they not only want to make it right, they also explained that they were in the middle of shift change. I will be returning in the future! Shout out to Mo for the great customer service.
