There is a reason it's called discount tire. They sold me 2 new tires and didn't bother to tell me my rims were bent when they 'mounted and balanced' the tires I bought. Now I am out 2 new tires plus rims. Definately won't be back.
Alex Chertkow helped learn about why my tires are so important, which ones are the best ones and made feel at ease with my decision. He also notified me of rebates and deals. He did a very complete service and I am thankful for sales agents like him. Thank you!!!

The people working here are AMAZING! I got a nail in my tire and originally thought I would have to replace the tire, but they were able to patch it for free! I was in and out within about 20 minutes. Amazing customer service and super nice people.
Stopped in right before closing time, they did not hesitate to get me right in, and with a Smile on their faces. Each of the 3 men that I had contact with could not have been anymore Pleasant! Will Definitely be back and will highly recommend them!!! 5 ⭐️ Star for sure!
Excellent speedy customer service. I had my car towed due to flat and Joe had options ready to go and discuss and decided all in less than 7 mins! They had the tire I needed in stock and ready to go. The car was fixed and was back on the road in no time. Very polite and relaxing atmosphere at the store location. Very friendly. Exact reason why I’m a repeat customer for our vehicles.
