Great service and fair prices
Have had too many issues with getting the correct tires, weights on aluminum wheels and putting wrong tire size on.
the staff is very knowledgeable and professional i went to discount tire in Altoona and spoke with Bryan a staff member about getting my front passenger tire replaced and he will be in communication with me and he took my information and the new tire will be replaced and fixed soon.
I had a flat on the interstate on a Saturday afternoon. When I called to see if they had replacement tires in stock, the employee I spoke with was so patient with me. They got my car in right away when I arrived. The customer service was excellent!
Professional and fast. This is the 2nd set of tires I've gotten here and I am very satisfied!
We are from out of town and were ready to head home when we noticed a low tire. Stopped here and they were able to get us in right away. When we went to pay...NO CHARGE! What??? Good to see there are still good people in the world!
