I had a 4:30 appointment but they got me in early and were done in less than 20 minutes.
I had to bring my car in late tonight because I ran over something on the way home and I needed my car tires to be fixed for the next day and they got me in even though it was close to closing time. The guy behind the counter was very rude. Sam did a great job on switching out my tires. Colby and Sam where very helpful.

Excellent place to get tires and whatever mechanical needs your vehicle might require. Techs and Management are excellent and very honest. They won’t try to sell or advise on what your vehicle don’t need. They have me as a loyal customer 😎
I had tire wear issues and discount tire wouldn't honor my tire warranty. They claimed I never rotated my tires even though I can show them the service records from the Ram dealership. so then the employee stated that if I didnt see the dealer rotate my tires, then how do I know if they really did it. Really? Looks like they will do anything to get out of warranty work.
I have been so impressed by the courtesy and service at this store. Quick service with helpful staff make me say a rating if 10 every time!
Great customer service. They didn’t try to talk me into anything I didn’t need. Gave me several choices and explained everything clearly and let me make my own choice. Amos and the crew did a super job. If you need tires I would highly recommend Discount Tire!!!
