This is the second time I have visited a discount tire (once for my car and the other my husbands) and both times have been so amazing. We worked with Danny who was so kind and efficient. He quickly helped us check in and had our tire fixed quickly. All the employees were moving at quick paces to ensure that the customers were not waiting any longer than they needed to! Everyone was so kind and genuinely wanted to help people. It’s rare to get same day service when an issue comes up!
I recently took my vehicle to the dealership where I always go to have it serviced. I had them check one of my tires that was losing air. They told me there was a nail in my tire and that it couldn't be repaired. They quoted me $365 for a new tire, including labor. My husband recommended that I get a second opinion on the possibility of repairing the tire and so we ended up at Discount Tire. Above and beyond customer service and great job with my tires! They were even incredibly nice and helpful to other people waiting and to people on the phone.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE TODAY!!! I had a slow leak in my tire so I stopped by today to get it fix...great service and got me right in and had me ready to go in 20 minutes but the best part was the tire repair was FREE! I couldn’t believe when they told me I had no charge! They got a customer for life today! Thanks for the wonderful surprise and great service!
The best experience I've ever had at a tire place. These people were phenomenal, competent, kind, and went above and beyond for me. I will from now on ALWAYS go to them for all my tire needs.
I don’t usually write reviews on businesses but this one deserves a 5 Star and explanation. The quality of service that was provided was first class. They met me at the door with a friendly greeting, came out to look at my truck and assessed what I needed. When we went inside they were extremely helpful in getting the correct tires as well as an EXTREMELY good price. Highly recommended if you’re in need a new wheels or tires. 5 stars only because 10 isn’t an option
