They were so freaking nice and accommodating. O ordered my tires on their website and they were in the next morning. Note: you don’t have to pay when you order the tires in. You pay when you drop your car off or after the work was completed. I originally set my appointment up for 830 am on a Saturday. Well, I woke up at 930, called them, and they said bring her on in if my schedule wasn’t too tight (it wasn’t). Everyone there had a great attitude. This is a great shop! They took great care of my car, fixed my tire and off we went! A+++++ ALSO I have never been to a business and witnessed such hard working employees! Every single person was working hard and continued to worked hard to get everyone's cars done, even the front and back managers. Impressive!

We LOVE Discount Tire. They fixed my flat this morning (nail) quickly and no cost. Last week my husband's vehicle had a flat too (a screw in the tire) and they also fixed it quickly and no charge. His vehicle still has the original tires so we didn't even purchase them there - but you can be sure we will when they get replaced! We've been loyal to DC for years so we were thrilled to have them come to Des Moines. The customer service is fantastic, always!
