I’ve gone to this particular Discount Tire twice now and each time I’m treated exceptionally well. Whether talking to a person on the phone or one of the Techs working on my car I’ve been treated really well. I really recommend this Discount Tire.
Discount Tires has the best customer service of any place I've ever bought tires from. I just called to check on the cost of rotating tires on a vehicle I recently purchase. I was told there is no charge to rotate the tires - only to balance them. Fyi, DT will also repair flat tires for no charge even if you haven't purchased them from DT. When you do buy tires from DT - you get lifetime balance & rotate and of course flat tire repair for free. Who does this beside DT!?! 5 star service!!

These guys are always super helpful and friendly. This is my go-to for any tire needs and they are pretty quick, they listen to the customers needs, and do a great job.
Winter storm in Des Moines alignment was off, as a regular customer they gave me a complimentary alignment and it was like driving a brand new car. Charlie and staff over there are amazing guys. If you need any work done one your tires when it comes to do oration alignment or replacement, they are second to none!
I blew a tire today literally across the street from them. Not the kind of thing a single mom wants right before Christmas, but they made a stressful and unexpected event much less stressful and very affordable. They had hot coffee while we waited and plenty of magazines. Very polite and friendly staff as well. Thank you!!!
