Young go getter sales guy there named Daniel Logan. Sold me a tire and then installed it himself because his techs were busy. He even used a torque wrench on the lugs. I think I was there about 25 minutes total. Outstanding!!!
Took a tire in for a nail repair. Dropped off at 8:30 am. Went to pick up at 3:45 and the tire was off the rim and they claimed they couldn’t fix it because of a previous “non-DOT approved” repair. They did the previous repair!!!! Claimed the rim was too bent to hold air anyway. Grabbed my tire and rim from the employee and said i would take it somewhere else. I don't usually post about stuff like this, but we have been looking at tires for Hannah's car for a bit now, and we went with Discount Tire. The price was very reasonable and Tyler was very helpful and made sure that her car was ready for the winter ahead. 5 star, A+ service! We'll definatly be back in the spring for her wheels and summer tires. Thanks Discount Tire!!
I've has to go to discount tire 3 times now since getting my car in September. they've always been so down to earth, helpful and definitely helped me laugh about my tire misfortunes. I can't remember all of the guys who helped me these past few times, but Ty, Jordan, and Jayden are 3 names I remember and one more who was very friendly. Jordan even helped me out after close during the rain to reset my TPMS, even though I ended up coming back the next day for a new sensor for the broken one. I called for prices, not only did they beat the price, they were very professional, to the point. none of this pushy sales.
