I want to take this time and say what exceptional service I got while at this store. Came in with a screw in my tire that VW Dealer did not want to fix, instead wanted me to purchase a new tire on a 3k mile car. I instead came over to Discount Tire and was amazed by the costumer service I received. They fixed my tire at no cost and saved me $250. Great customer service, tire prices are fantastic!
No one ever greeted me and I was ignored while they picked up 3 phone calls! So rude! After that service was quick (since I had an appointment) which is the only reason I didn’t give a 1 star.
