RecommendedEverytime I stop in the staff are excellent. I've had different issues with my tires, everything from broken seals to leaky valves. These guys take care of it all. I would definitely recommend everyone go here for any tire or wheel issues and new tires or wheels as well
Hit something on the road yesterday & it slit a tire, which went flat quickly. Husband to the rescue & off to Discount Tire. We bought the tires there so of course they provided a brand new tire, no charge. I brag on DT all the time - a shining example of excellence in customer service!
Discount tires used a torque wrench on the lug nuts. This impressed me, no other shop does this.
Had an a flat tire after hitting a pothole. We were greeted shortly after we got out of the car. Came here to see how much it would be to get a new one and was pleasantly surprised with the price and time. For one tire, I was in and out in less than an hour. I also got all 4 tires insured for an awesome price! I would recommend this place to everyone I know and I will be coming back if I ever have any tire issues! Thank you all so much!
If I could I would give 6 stars. Staff is always attentive, helpful & very pleasant. Been there at least 3 times and they’re always fast and efficient! Annnnddd a comfortable waiting room. 10/10 would recommend.
Let me say I cane to get a tire patched which was FREE everywhere else charged, now I expected for them to look at other tires to try an sell, they did of course which I respect, first off the were very polite an we’re not pushy at all like going to big o tires they are so pushy it is unreal, this place was the opposite and made me feel welcome and didn’t push me! I came in cause someone had lost a piece of exhaust in the road that blew my tire on my new 2017 VW Jetta, When I walked in I was greeted very professionally by a guy of the name Zung Tran he was more than helpful and got me a tire matching exactly what I had. The customer service and labor were above exceptional and not only did they get me as a customer for life I'll be referring everyone I know to these guys.
