We have been have problems with our Hot water Heater this week. Until they came, done a great job trying to fix it. Very nice employee. They came highly recommend from our HBA warranty. You need anything fix plumbing or Heater they do a great job.
Discount Mechanical was recommended to us by our HSA home warranty provider for a leak we have in our bathroom plumbing. We first contacted Discount Mechanical in January 2016 for this leak and they came out, told us the problem was the overflow valve, tightened it, left and we paid for the repair. The house was vacant the next couple months as its a rental property and when we had tenants check in, in June they reported the same leak again. The quality of work was up to par, but the customer service and ethics of the company leave much to be desired. I will never use this company again nor would I recommend them. As a customer who hired and payed I should be there priority, and any information about my property should be disclosed to myself only. If you are selling a property do not use this company!!
Five star company. I had them do some work for me when I first opened my business. Great craftsmanship and great customer service. I highly recommend Discount Mechanical!!!
Worst plumbing company I have ever used set up an appt for a 3 hour window an they call 15 minutes before the window closes to say they will be another 2 hours... so 5 hours later thay call an so it won't be today that it will be a few days later (suppose to be first appt of the day at 9) they show up at 12 ish to let me know my toilet is clogged an that they will call me back later to figure out what we can do... never hear from them an now it's the weekend an I have to call them back monday
