I had a water leak in my master bathroom. Kelly and Tucker came out explained what they needed to do and ensured everything was fixed correctly before leaving my home. These two men were knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. They listened to my concerns and offered suggestions to prevent further damage. I would highly recommend them for any repair work that needs to be done. Thank you again to Kelly and Tucker for making it so my girls and I have a safe home to be in.
I don’t not recommend these clowns! I had them recommended to me by our realtor for cleaning and inspection of our heating system. They came and did the inspection, never sent me the report and they called me a day later wanting me to pay them. I told them I was not going to pay them until I at least get a report. I called on 11/20/2017 after a very cold night with my furnace going out and I was so grateful to Discount Mechanical for the excellent service that they provided for me. I called and there were no appointments available that day so I made an appointment for the next day. I told the friendly lady on the phone that I understood and I could make it one more night in the cold. My mom had a new boiler installed Wednesday and it hasn't worked since. When I called on her behalf today, we were told she would have to pay for "after hour fees", which is completely absurd since the boiler does not work even after it was installed. Do we really have to wait until Monday to have this looked at? Is there no guarantee when you install new appliances? If I understood correctly, it'll be your third visit the next time you go repair the boiler.
Love that they offer military discount! The time window for scheduling is a little long (12-5pm) and he showed up pretty close to the end, making me worry he wouldn't have enough time to finish the repair. BUT thankfully it was a quick fix, and he was friendly and courteous!
The guys at Discount Mechanical are awesome! They do great work, fast and done right the first !! Mike (The Owner) is a Great Guy !!! Always willing to help and working you !! His guys Reggie and Kelly are Fantastic plumber and very knowledgeable and efficient!! I will recommend them to all my friend and anybody who needs plumbing and Heating work done !!!
