Untrustworthy!!! Shady! Go elsewhere!!! I had a remote start installed in my truck. Install was good to go...worked fine at the shop. When I got my truck home I saw that the plastic around my steering column was not put back together properly. I called and informed them of this, and they said to come back. I returned, they "fixed" the problem and as I was driving away, I heard a somewhat loud rattling sound coming from the steering column.
