Receptionist on 12/31 was extremely rude. Just asked a question and she was incredibly unprofessional. Hope the facility can hire better!
I don't know where to start with my high accolades for DISC; the surgery center was beautiful, the staff was excellent, and the doctors were kind and beyond competent. Dr Shore is an excellent anesthesiologist, Drs Siddique and Hill are extraordinary spine surgeons, and Brittany and Angeline were fantastic recovery nurses. I am very pleased with my experience at DISC.
I personally had less-than-satisfactory experiences here. The following is my personal experience and because I see her that others have had great experiences, I suggest that readers to not use this review to form an opinion. I felt I was not listened to. I was seeing a hip Dr for my knees when a new issue arose in my hip and leg. The Dr requested an MRI for my knees and hip. Dr. Steven Girdler performed my L5-S1 ALIF surgery at DISC in Newport Beach, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I see him at his Marina Del Rey office for follow-ups, and from start to finish, his care has been exceptional.
