Excellent service, and really nice outdoor patio. My son attend EIU, and this will be my hang out spot whenever we visit Charlestown moving forward. When you come from Chicago, you don't have high expectations visiting other towns restaurants. We were not disappointed for what they offer. Just one thing though, we would've preferred lettuce and tomato on our fish sandwich. We also like that they list all the ingredients for their drinks. I have been here on two occasions (summer '15 and summer '16) while spending time with my brother and his family! I LOVE the pile! I get it with honey mustard though, instead of buffalo sauce....It would be really good with bbq sauce or even ranch dressing if it is house made and not bottled! We never had any issues with service or food. See you next summer!!
