I was referred by my own doctor, and then Dr. Wong told me to come in for cryotherapy treatment. I am currently going to this clinic for XTrac treatment, the treatment is sort of ok. But the appointment scheduling is very very difficult, there is no way to talk to the office directly, only way is by calling customer care which needs a lot of time and patience.We need to wait 15 to 30 minutes. Other big issue is, for even regular laser treatments we can't schedule more than once in advance, means we can schedule the next appointment once existing one is done.
