Unbelievable never can reach them telling me to call back when they are open!!!!
i have tried for over a week to get an appointment for biopsy results because one was never scheduled. every time i call i wait for 40+ minutes on hold, just to be hung up on by their system when i get to the “next in line” status. i have also left MULTIPLE messages asking them to call me back because i need an appointment for my biopsy results and i cannot get through with their calling center. their voicemail says they will call you back within 24 hours and i have received no call back on any of the messages i have left.
