Direct Capital is a bunch of crooks. DO NOT USE THEM! We used them to finance $1,600 (supposedly over 18 months but they got that wrong too-it magically changed to 24 months= more interest) and then decided to pay the loan off a month later after already making more than $275 in payments. Not surprisingly, the payoff amount is $122 more than the original loan amount. Another shocker- no one would call/talk to me about loan payoff amount. 25% interest in one month? CROOKS.

I have had the exact same experience as others here. I was led to direct capital by Apple, thinking that i was buying a new computer. Ready to pay it off, we found out that we were only leasing the computer and that, after paying full price for it, we would be able to purchase it at 'fair market value". Our initial payment amount was also higher than what we were told it when we thought that we were purchasing a new computer. I don't know how this company has an A+ rating.

Misled by this company. 2 years ago I bought a computer from Apple. They directed me to direct capital for financing to purchase. I communicated solely through email and phone and gave them my bank information for automatic withdrawal for the next two years. Now I'm ready to pay it off I owe $500 I am excited that I own the computer. JustiFi Capital sent my cellphone a marketing text message and cannot provide me, after multiple attempts, with the written consent that I would have legally had to give them to send me the text message. After my first call I was told I would be sent the information and was not. My second call I got hung up on.

SCAM ARTIST, please trust me im a small woman owned company and I've done lots of loans with them the last 2 loans are the worst service ive ever had. They told me same as last truck I financed no pre payment penalty pay it off quicker you won't pay as much intrest ect ect. Well i called for a payoff om my truck today they told me 84k well i bought the truck for 90k put 5k down paid 17 payments on it intrest was 5% does that make any sense?
