This Business called and harassed me this morning. The problem was I was not the customer they were trying to speak to about this debt. They even called me the name of this customer after I told them they had reached the wrong number. This person said well my coworker spoke to you two days ago at this number so I know its you "name of customer". CIT Bank has been charging me ***** in late fees every month for the past 2 years and nothing I do to contact them about this is working and just leaves me bitter about this company. I will be reporting them to the **** as well

I have had 2 previous equipment loans with this company. One in 2012 and one in 2016. Everything went great; like a 5 day turn around time. I went to them a 3rd time in Nov '22. Nov 16th I was sent an email saying I was approved. From here on out the agent, who has been with them for 13 years, would only communicate via email. Which is fine if you actually respond/communicate. I asked several time what the rates were and I was told the were right around 7%. Citi is charging me two interest rates on my card because when the promotion ends they don't roll over the amount you have into your current interest rate. They claim it saves you money. But what it really does is make it impossible to pay off your credit card. Don't use their promotions unless you are 100% sure you can pay it off.

Really bad mortgage company. Very difficult to get ahold of anyone from customer care. I processed a recast option for which they delayed 45 days. They told me over the phone that I wouldnt be charged the higher amount in October, but they lied and were "not correct" and won't honor it. They took weeks to respond to simply say they will not do anything about it. Awful service.

I could not access online and had to wait over 90 minutes for customer service. The rep was very helpful, but their IT system was not generating emails or text messages with required passcodes to reset. That was yesterday, 8-09-22. Today, again, the wait time was 94 minutes. I will have to call back when I have more time. I was lured by initial high interest rate savings... now receiving .25%. I am going to transfer my money out ASAP, but if this keeps up, I will probably have to get an attorney.******* *

CIT was recommended by the trailer company I was purchasing a new cargo trailer from for our business. We took out a $6000 loan at 4%. My credit is great. The process was super simple. I was in the middle of running a business and appreciated ************************* making the process super easy. However, after 4 months of $250 payments and wanting to pay off my loan, they know say I owe $8,000 to pay it off. So my $6000 trailer is now supposedly a $9,000 trailer. CIT Bank has put our family through **** after our mother passed away. We have given them all the correct documents 6 months ago. They still will not release the funds. Pick another online bank. They will steal your money!! Run far away from this company.

Hi good morning In 2018 I bought items from the ********** located on some of the items had flaws and. was returned the credit was issued but the CHARGE WAS NOT REMOVED FROM THE PROMOTION ( item was purchased on 2 years promotional account ) MY ********** ACCOUNT WAS PAID OFF IN JUNE OF 2020, as of now THE **** is still asking me to pay off a balance that was never removed from the promotion even though the items were returned, as of now I am still paying monthly payments for item that was returned.
