We recently bought a car at Direct Mall. Our experience was excellent! Joao Felix was very professional and helpful. We were 6 hours away and Joao was able to answer all of our question and even send us a video of him test driving the car for us. I can only say three things about this dealer: Professional- Fast - Reliable. Great experience!

Recently I came in with my parents looking for my first car. Amanda was there to help us look through the options. She took us out for test drives in like 2 cars and I chose which one I liked best. She helped us look for the best financial option and gave us the best options. She went above and beyond with all of her service. I am thankful for having Amanda as a sales representative. She was awfully nice and explained everything thoroughly.
Fernanda is the best. She made my car shopping experience a breeze and was very upfront and courteous. The first three dealerships I had been to were either too aggressive or were sleazy. Direct Auto has a new customer for life just based on how professionally I was treated through out the process.

Today we purchased a van at Direct Auto Mall and we had a wonderful experience . We were taken care by Amanda, she answered all the questions we had and went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. Definitely recommend this dealership .
