Jeferson was so helpful and made buying my very first car a lot less stressful than I expected. He does a great job and had answers to all my questions. Recently my girlfriend and I were shopping for a different vehicle and found many competitive options at Direct Auto Mall - our sales rep, Jeferson Dosanjos, was professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding the cars available and definitely 'steered' us in the right direction with recommending the Chrysler 200. Even though we did not purchase the car before it was sold to another buyer, I highly recommend anyone in the market for a great deal and stellar customer service to ask for Jeferson! 5 stars.
