When you come here ask for Richy because he’s the man to get you your car. He was very knowledgeable about everything. He went the extra mile for me and made sure all my needs were met. After getting my car here I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else.
Direct Auto Mall has one of the best salesperson a customer can ask for. I went in looking for a car that would be reliable for me and work. I must say Richy Thenor made my dream come true. I went to two other dealerships prior to Direct Auto Mall and I wish I came here first. Customer service and environment was awesome and will definitely be referring Direct Auto Mall to friends and family and will be telling them to see Richy!
