When it came down to buying a van for my painting business, my main issue was not the down payment I had saved for. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Bad costumer service Poor skills and knowledge from salesperson Rude manager discussing and blaming us about the car papers delay(when it is their job to do it) I paid for the service and a really expensive car and was treated like trash.
I recommend the purchase in the Direct auto mall ... first call ... vehicles ecelentes ... I recommend also the seller João Felix highly skilled and super attentive.
I am so pleased with Direct Auto Mall. Oswaldo did an amazing job!!! He was very informative when we looked at several different vehicles. He helped make the paperwork part of purchasing my vehicle a breeze. When I picked up my new car it was completely detailed and looked great. Oswaldo took the time to go through the entire vehicle to make sure I knew how to use the newer technology and that I was comfortable with the purchase. I would highly recommend Direct Auto Mall and Oswaldo.
