I had the worst experience at this dealer bought a car about 37 days ago and already needs a break job and guess what I have to pay for it even tho it's within my 60 days warranty they knew the breaks needed to be done but they were just good enough for them to pass inspection so nothing was done my front breaks were at 3mm and back breaks at 4mm no way after 36 days my breaks should be that low I have try to talk to someone about this but they just give you the run around poor service and poor managers also my cabin filter ... read more
I had a great experience here at Direct Auto Mall. Paulo Amorim worked with me until well after closing time to get me a good deal and good financing on the truck I wanted. He also helped me out after the sale with all of my questions and concerns. Rafael also provided plenty of assistance. I'd shop here again. Ask for Paulo when you visit.
