I had a real good experience with Tiago at Direct Automall. He was professional, efficient and honest throughout the process. I liked that I was able to receive service quickly while I was picking out the truck I wanted and Tiago helped make that happen. They do not negotiate price but I got the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. They also worked hard on my deal with the bank as I had some overextended credit issues.
