I used to have a 10 mm overbite. My dentist told me and my parents that it was going to be a problem in the future and that I needed braces. We had never thought that I would need to get braces, so we didn't know which orthodontist to go to. My dentist recommended Dr. Dionne and said that he was the best. Dr. Dionne has an awesome,knowledgeable, friendly staff and a beautiful, modern office. Dr. Dionne knows his stuff, I had seen another Orthodontist for assessment and Dr. Dionne explained some different technique options for my daughter that the other did not. We are ecstatic with the results, and enjoyed our experience. We recommend him highly :) Thanks for the beautiful smile :)
Condesending! He likes to make people feel like they don't know anything. Biggest waste of money ever. I went to another orthodontist in windsor (rhymes with dr. Serger). He fixed my sons teeth for good. Please don't waste your money or time. He is just a showboat.
I have only praise for Dr. Dionne and his staff. They are all truly professional and obviously happy working there. They are all cheerful and have never seen anyone there express a negative comment, or create an uncomfortable environment. My daughter had her braces removed today. She received a bag full of items that she could not have while her braces were on, a balloon and she wrote me a card,which they provided, thanking me for all the time and money I spent on her smile. Dr. Dionne & staff are professional and caring people. They treat patients like family!!!! I have to admit however, that after 3 years and 4 months, I was happy to get my braces off. I love my teeth and am very happy with the results!!!!! :)
Dr. Dionne's staff are all very friendly, very on top of things, always give updates and information, can check appointments, etc., online. I never compared prices to other orthodontists, and may have paid more than elsewhere, but he did work with us in giving a family discount (since each of our 3 kids were about $6K each), and even did one appliance for free (widened the palate). I am a 21 year old and getting braces at my age was not something I was looking forward to. I have to say I am extremely thankful I went to Dr. Dionne's office to get my braces. It was a pleasure every time I went for an appointment. The staff was warm and welcoming and Dr. Dionne was very knowledgeable and kind. They were very flexible when changing an appointment. Had a great 3 year experience with Dr. Dionne & Staff for treatment of my braces. I love my smile. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The atmosphere is very welcoming and fun. Appts were very fast and care-free. They are very professional and content in what they do.
When my son required treatment i requested a kid friendly orthodontist.What i got was a kid friendly,state of the art in ortho care Dr, whose staff was unbelievable!Dr Dionne and his staff keep you well informed step by step of your childs progress.Would i do the treatment over again if i could?
