We have been attending Dr. Dionne's office for the last 7 years, all 3 of my children have had braces and their results have been amazing. Dr. Dionne and his staff are very knowledgeable, professional and kind. My children never complained about going to their visits and I highly recommend this orthodontic office, it is very patient focused!
Dr Dionne's office is by far the most efficient business that I've dealt with in a long time. The staff is always so pleasant, they are always on time and everything was always very well explained to me. I also now have an amazing smile. The entire experience from consultation to the removal of braces for both of our children was top notch. The staff are friendly, happy and engaged. We never had to wait more than 2-5 minutes past our scheduled time slots for appointments, and the administrative staff was always very helpful when scheduling appointments. Dr. Dionne is the best, he has treated all 3 of my children and they all loved him. He is a perfectionist and they all have great smiles. I would highly recommend him to anybody that needs orthodontic work. A+++
Dr. Dionne along with all of his staff are AMAZING! My oldest child just got her braces removed today, my second child has braces on right now and my third child is soon to start. We have been a patient of Dr.Dionne for 3 years and we do not have one complaint. I would recommend Dr.Dionne to everyone in need of orthodontic care.
I told tem not to put braces inthe bottom teeth of my child and one of the staff just laugh at me . I am so mad because it makes me feel like an idiot and it seems like they are only after the money and not listen to parents.
After 6 years of trying everything for my daughter not to have jaw surgery her braces finally came off today. Dr Dionne never gave up and was always thinking of other ways to save her from having surgery and it worked. Her teeth are beautiful as are my oldest daughter who was also a patient. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an orthodontist. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the office is fill with many ways to kill time while waiting, just a great experience for both. A+++
Today our son had his braces removed. He had several problems, not withstanding a severe over bite. I will admit I had skepticism going into this that Dr Dionne would not be able to address all the issues that faced our son. Today, to our "extreme" pleasure, we witnessed the final reveal and WOW! I could hardly believe it to be true. A perfect smile!! We had been to other Orthodontists who recommended surgeries and I am so thankful someone referred us to Dr Dionne. Do yourself a favour ... make that call.
