Dr. Dionne and his staff are exceptional. Our twin boys came to them with several different challenges (being born prematurely) & different oral development patterns. Dr. Dionne and his team were meticulous in their care ensuring they received individual treatments based on their needs. Today they are both handsome young men with beautiful smiles. Thank you Dr Dionne, favourite staffer Conrad & the rest of the Dionne team!
Expertly run office. Dr. Dionne is professional, friendly, in short, amazing. Perks like a massage chair and Keurig machine are icing on the cake. Highly recommend!
I can't say enough about Dr. Dionne and his staff. They are friendly, courteous, prompt and very, very professional. VERY KID FRIENDLY!!! He is great with his clients, young and old, and their families. My girls loved going to him. He is a great supporter of the community as well.
My son was 10 and required an appliance to do jaw malformation and a couple of inturning eye teeth. I used all coverage afforded through Greenshield and unfortunately I was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident. I had been making monthly payments out of pocket and I asked Dr.Dionne directly if he could hold off or reduce the payments until my accident benefit payments kicked in. When our oldest daughter needed braces Dr. Dionne came highly recommended. I was of the belief that our daughter did not require braces. Her teeth appeared straight to me. Dr. Dionne was able to explain why she required braces and the steps that were necessary to properly align her jaw. I found him approachable, thoroughly knowledgeable and comforting.
