Dr. Dionne and his staff put braces on my 3 children and myself over a 12 year period. He and his staff were always very kind, knowledgeable and professional with us. His services were well worth the money I paid. We love Dr. D and his staff!! I have no problem recommending them to others.
Tried to convince my daughter to tell me that she did not like her smile so I would give in and purchase braces. We were referred by dentist because of too many teeth in her mouth but I quickly saw the dollars signs from the moment I came through the door.
Extremely non customer friendly appointment policy. If you can actually receive an appointment and you do not confirm a week in advance they will cancel for you. Takes months to reschedule. I firmly believe if an appointment is booked and I have not cancelled then you should keep the appointment. If I miss the appointment then you should charge me a missed appointment fee. What a wonderful practice. Very knowledgable. Great staff. Highly recommend these wonderful professionals. Except for one person, but there is always one in the office that shouldn't be there.
Really exellent servise been going there for years and really good orthodontic very easy to deal with!!! He understands and listens and answered any question u might have and I don't undrestand why everione wants Valerie gone I font think that Dionne can gins anyone better and more friendly all the staff are awesome!!! I really tecomend him to antony that needs ortho coolest office around
I only want to post this as a warning to others, because someone else has also mentioned this on ratemds. Dr. Dionne wanted to completely REMOVE one of my adult teeth for treatment. I went to another orthodontist and he said I didn't need that. Fast forward a couple years later and I'm almost done treatment WITHOUT removing an adult tooth. What the hell? I wouldn't go to him. He's a nice guy and looks and talks like a doctor but he is NOT knowledgeable.
Excellent service, building is amazing!! The office manager Valorie is useless she walks around and does nothing but make all the other girls upset! Ge should get a new manager because she is going to loose patients for him.
Dr. Dionne put braces on me about 2/3 years ago, and I don't see a huge change in my teeth. He's funny, and his office is calm and nice. Dr.Dionne should REALLY consider taking valarie away from the from desk and putting her somewhere else. Everyone I know that goes to his office really isn't fond of her. The time is pretty good, and with lack of patience, the assistants seem to know what they're doing. His office is looking for money we don't owe everytime we go there, but I can't complain. My daughter saw Dr. Dionne in 2 separate stages of treatment. Once when she was 8 & then again when she was 14. Both times I was very satisfied with her treatment. He didn't do complex treatment the first time (like my first referring orthodontist wanted) he only did what was necessary at that time. When my daughter needed further work done 6 years later, I had no problem returning to Dr. Dionne. His office is very state of the art & his staff is awesome!
