It was pouring down rain there were 1 million people in the lobby and standing outside we went straight in to sit then two big parties were seated beside us the service was great the food was awesome I always enjoy when I come there
Huge and diverse menu -- everyone can find something here!! The portions are good, and the food is delicious. I've been there several times and enjoyed it each time.
Food was good but service left a lot to be desired. It's the first time we've had a less than excellent experience. Even after I told the manager about the service issues, he never came to our table to check on us. He did reduce our bill, but I would rather have had a more pleasant experience for my guests who had never visited The Diner. Not sure if we'll be back or not. Also, had to tell the manager twice that the ladies' room needed attention.
