Food was great and the Reese’s cake was even better!! We will be back.
The dishes are literally filthy as if they don't wash them in between customers. The food is overpriced and the owner is a jerk.
Excellent food and service Pat was a great Server. The pot roast was good and country fried steak was awesome! The chocolate cake was amazing!!!
The manager should be ashamed of him self horrible breakfast today, the worst grits I've ever had and the western omelette I had the ham was rotten. To top it off the manager only took half off the meal when I only took one bite and spit it out. I understand you want to make money but buying horrible quality food to make profit you are going to lose in the long run. Maybe adjust your menu to food you sale to save money.
Something is off with this place, now. Visited last night because "Sugar Hill Diner never let's us down", but we were wrong this time. As a waitstaff employee.. if your customer leaves their plate almost untouched and says "no" to a to-go box, wouldn't that tip you off that there is a problem?? In this case, no. My wife said "we just paid forty bucks for sweet tea." as we left. Pretty sure that was our last visit after being patrons since it was 'Sugar Hill Diner'
The server was terrible. I made the wrong choice for breakfast, and was willing to pay for two meals, but the server never came back until my husband was done with his. The food looked great and my husband enjoyed his, but the service was such that we won’t be back
It's never a disappointment at the Diner at Sugarhill. The food and service are always excellent. The menu is all over the place, everything from comfort food to sea food to pasta. Of course they have amazing cooked to order burgers and other tasty sandwich choices. I'm not sure what they want to be, but I know I'll keep coming back.
