About this business

The DiMillo family has been serving fine food in Portland since Tony DiMillo opened his first restaurant, "Anthony's," in 1954. In 1982, "DiMillo's Floating Restaurant" opened her doors and became the only floating restaurant on the upper East Coast. Today, Tony's family continue to maintain the high standards he established over 50 years ago.

Excellent!! The Lazy Lobster is delicious and our waitress was Casey. She took care of us especially knowing it was our first time in Maine. The owner came out and took pictures with the table because he was excited to hear that we completed two Half Marathon in two days. I will suggest DiMillo's any day of the week.

This is a great restaurant on the water with great food and atmosphere. A family member of the establishment came to our table to introduce himself and to check on us. I live in DE, but if I'm ever in Maine again, I will definitely be visiting and eating there again.

My daughter just moved to Portland. We couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate. Food and atmosphere were excellent!

Great food, friendly staff and great atmosphere.. I had pecan encrusted baked haddock with broccoli. . Best seafood meal ever..

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The lobster was fresh and the homemade blue berry cobbler to die for. Order it ala mode with the homemade vanilla ice cream.

Server was very helpful and appropriately attentive. Food - fantastic. Atmosphere - exquisite. The haddock stew was particularly good - not super thick like clam chowder.
