Seriously best bbq in NC! The "dressed" pulled pork sandwich ah-maze-balls! The half slab St. Louis style ribs will melt in your mouth and the sauces... heavenly! Must stop here if you're with 100 miles! #bestbbq

We are new to the area and stumbled across your Waynesville location. This is by far the best BBQ we have ever eaten. Been to both locations more times then I care to admit in the 2 months we have been in WNC. Well worth the drive from Bryson City! My husband loves your ribs and I love the brisket.
Terrific barbecue; possibly the best brisket I've ever had (and I am usually a pulled pork man). The service is fast and friendly, even when the place is packed. What a wonderful find! If you're making the Atlanta-to-Asheville drive, give this place a try. You'll be glad you did.

Because I cook competition bbq all over the country I very rarely eat bbq at restaurants. But a friend highly recommended this place. We were greeted by Joe the owner, given a tour, and was presented with a feast of a sampler platter. First off the brisket was superb. Turkey was extremely moist and tender. Ribs were perfect. And the sides were outstanding. Then they brought out some chocolate bourbon pecan pie...delicious. this is safely one of the best bbq places I have ever been to.
