Everything is delicious, the staff is friendly and hands down the best pulled pork I have ever had. I also appreciate that they put more thought into the side dishes than just plain deep fried stuff you expect from most places. Brunswick stew, mac n cheese, Cole slaw, potato salad, everything is awesome. I want to come back to try everything on the menu.

I had the bab pork sandwich and my wife had the beef brisket sandwich. I loved my sandwich, but had I known that the beef brisket would be as tender as it was, I, too, would have ordered the brisket sandwich. The new pork was also tender and great tasting. The coke slaw tasted like it was homemade = excellent. We did have dessert. My wife had the peach pie ala mode. I had the banana pudding. Both were great. 0verall experience was exceptional. Brisket was the best I've had in 58 years. Sides were equally impressive. The wait staff was professional and responsive. Would unhesitatingly recommend.
Ate at the Haywood Smokehouse in Dillsboro, NC for the first time Saturday 14 Nov; the food was excellent and our servicer Kajol was very friendly and well informed. We will be back. *****

best BBQ in NC! Bar none. When we walked to the car a smelled the smokers cooking the next batches, we wanted to go back in again. The banana pudding rocks too.
Outstanding food and superb service. Plan to eat here every time we are in town. Also impressed with how the staff gets along so well together and is so friendly. SUCH a pleasant and yummy experience. If you are nearby, EAT HERE. :-)
