I had the sliced brisket and smokey Mac and cheese. The brisket was perfection, tender and juicy, not over smoked. The strawberry Chipotle sauce was perfect with it. The mac and cheese was devine

Always good food, great staff, and of course, Carol's world famous awesome pecan pie! We used to drive to Waynesville to eat at HS, driving right past the old barbecue place that previously the Dillsboro location. We were so happy to have them open up so close to home! And their Boots Steakhouse is excellent, too! *****

Our favorite place to eat smokehouse and speedy's pizza ! Baby back ribs are yummy ! I want to go to waynesville and try prime rib steak ! We love it !
