My son is seven and lives coming to the office. He can't wait to get his teeth polished and pick something from the treasure box. He also loves to see the different legos around the office as well. It is always a positive experience. We love all of the staff too!
Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. They are always concerned about how you are feeling during any procedures. They really strive to make the experience as pain free as possible.
Wonderful practice. Staff is very good about taking the time to explain things. Also I will be honest I hadn't been to the dentists in years. Dr McCray didn't make me feel guilty at all. He just simply said can't change the past lets get things fixed and move forward. He is fast and good with procedures. I also appreciate their organization, online appointment, text reminders and great at knowing what my insurance is going to cover.
Was very impressed with Diley Ridge Dental. From the friendliness of the staff to the beautifully decorated office. I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in the door.
Dr. McCray and his assistant are so friendly and professional that I suddenly realized I was relaxed during my dental appointment! In past years our former family dentist insisted my appointment be on a different day then my sons because of my high anxiety, even just for cleanings.Recently I lost a crown seated by a former dentist and needed an urgent appointment. I welcomed and taken care of with such concern and compassion.It is with pleasure to give my highest recommendation to warm office of Diley Ridge Dental.
