My 65 year old father took his laptop to north scottsdale location to do a re install of windows. They installed windows 7, but failed to install any drivers for the wireless card. As such he was unable to connect to any wifi. I don't understand how they would let a laptop out the door without checking to see if it could connect to the internet, is there no quality control policy??
