They fixed my XR perfectly when it was stuck on endless logo boot loop because it wouldn’t take the update. They were courteous, didn't make fun of me when I spilled a drink on my laptop, really tried to fix it and didn't charge an arm and a leg to do so. Friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I just took another item to them to be looked at because I really think they know what they are doing.
