Exceptional customer service and knowledge of electronic gear. The team at CPR repaired a high end piece of equipment for me that otherwise would have cost me hundreds of dollars to send out for repair overseas. This was not their typical repair job but they still managed to figure out the issue and successfully repair my gear. 10/10.
Super friendly staff but unfortunately the quality of the repair was terrible. I went in to repair a broken iPhone X glass and while it was explained to me that there were two options for the front glass (one more resistant and expensive and another cheaper but less resistant) I guess I wasn’t expecting the cheaper - which wasn’t at all that cheap - to be this bad.
